With a knack for marketing, communication, training, and sales, she led high-performing teams and ultimately landed her dream job—leading an award-winning learning and development team at a top credit union. With degrees in Leadership and multiple diplomas in Adult Education, she makes people smarter and happier at work! Retired from her corporate gig, Debbie is now the pianist and musical director for Molly’s Comedy Cabaret, and the owner of Creative Potential, an online learning studio.
