We imagine a world where learning feels alive—colorful, inclusive, and empowering. A world where everyone can explore, grow, and shine through creative experiences that unlock both personal and collective potential.

Founder – Debbie Wilson

Debbie started life at an early age and has been making waves in both the corporate and cabaret worlds for more decades than she cares to admit. As the pianist and musical director for Molly’s Comedy Cabaret, Debbie keeps the tunes tight, the laughs rolling, and the business side of showbiz running smoothly.

Debbie spent many years in the corporate world in insurance and finance. With a knack for marketing, communication, and sales, she led high-performing teams and ultimately landed her dream job—leading an award-winning learning and development team at a top credit union. She made people smarter and happier at work!

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in leadership, two diplomas in Adult Education, and an impressive collection of workshop designs, Debbie has taught everything from business strategy to “Improv” your leadership.” A seasoned facilitator and emcee, she loves nothing more than grabbing a microphone and keeping an audience engaged.

Debbie is driven by a passion for delivering creative, innovative, and inspiring learning experiences. She believes the only limits we face are the ones we place on ourselves, and that when learning is fun—because fun is fundamental—it not only sticks, it transforms behavior and sparks real growth. Her goal is to help learners break through barriers, embrace their creativity, and step confidently into their full potential.
